XSplit が使えなくなってしまって、その後は KoToEncoder を主に使っていたのだけれど
最近になって、Open Broadcaster Software なる XSplit 風のソフトを試している。
x264 のオプションを設定していくことになるので、細かく設定できる一方、それが中々めんどくさくも楽しい。
とりあえず、割と妥協できるプリセットができたので、これで良いかもしれない。
映像の品質10、ビットレート4000kb/s、バッファ4000kb、1280×720/60fps でプリセットは、faster
2600K 定格で、静止画では25%ぐらい、動きのきついシーンでも60%ぐらいになるように抑えた。

オプションとしては設定できているものの、実際にオンにされているか微妙。
chroma_qp_offset とか qpcomp あたりを弄れば、もうちょっと良くなりそう。
